About Us

The Talent Pool Project is a collaborative initiative of the Calgary Chamber of Commerce, member Companies and the Provincial and Federal Governments working to increase the pool of skilled workers for Calgary business. Squandering talent by over-looking those willing to work and employing others in jobs where they are unable to work at their potential is a drain on the economy.

Many organizations are contributing to the better utilization of the skills and talents of Calgarians. This project is an effort to describe a number of such initiatives in one place so that employers can save time and resources in their search for contacts and information.
