Calgary business knows how to fully utilize all who want to work and have the skills to do so.

The Talent Pools mission is to facilitate communication and collaboration between business, education and government to maximize the contribution of Calgary’s labour force, particularly Aboriginal people, immigrants, youth, older workers and people with disabilities.
